Step 1: Make It

cut the card stok into a big ceircle and then staple a nother big circle to it

Step 2: Put It to Gether

now we have to make it in to a princess hat shape and then tape it so it stays.

Step 3: Adding the Witeout and Sting or Loom Bands

so with the witeout you just tape it on the hat and the same thing with the sting or loom bands.
