For the construction, I would recommends wooden boards of a thickness between 16 and 19 mm (3/4" and 7/8") made of OSB. You can easily find these panels in any DIY chain.

Step 2: What Do I Need?

I had these at home and in order to create this DIY project, I choose:

  • 4 boards 40x30 cm - 15,75" x 11,81"
  • 3 boards 80x30 cm - 31,50" x 11,81"
  • 2 boards 80x40 cm - 31,50" x 15,75"
  • 2 boards 60x30 cm - 23,72" x 11,81

To build this planter box, I used 26 PlayWood Connectors 90°.

Once I have created the planter box, where I want to put seeds, waiting for the sun to come and shine; I connected the first furniture with other wooden boards. Now that the planter box is done, I added more panels, in order to create a bench, where I can sit once I am done with all my chore and enjoy the spring breeze.
