Step 1: Base

Design structure in SolidWorks and Laser Cut wood out

Then, cut foam to the same size

Step 2: Glue

Glue Together Wood and Foam

Check that it floats

Step 3: Motor and Gears

Create a gear box using either wood or a 3D printed holder

Make sure gears fit and move together correctly

Place gear box at the back of the boat

And connect a long enough rod(1.5 inches off each side)

Solder together Battery box, switch, and motor in a circuit

Step 4: Paddles

Glue gear box down

Create paddles to fit the boat and rods(1 inch in width most likely) and long enough to touch the water

Attach and make sure it runs smoothly

Step 5: Haul

Add Bubble Wrap to the bottom, creating a Haul to help it float

Keep adding till it floats on its own

Step 6: Secure and Test

Make sure Everything is glued down and secure

Test boat in water

Step 7: Decorate

Decorate for your liking

And you're done!!
