Introduction: Wooden Pencil Holder
Wooden pencil holder made from plywood and some scrapwood. Painted with water colors, finished with linseed oil.
Tools used:
- tablesaw
- drill press (how to make drill press)
- angle grinder
Step 1: Cut Wood Board
At first I cut wood board to 42mm x 42mm x 80mm blanks (10 pieces)
Step 2: Drill Holes
Drilled 37mm holes using drill press. To do this easier, I used template for drill press.
Step 3: Do Sanding
Did quick sanding using angle grinder, then finished sanding by hand.
Step 4: Make Tray
Cut tray parts from 10mm plywood, glued everything together.
Step 5: Finishing
Finally painted pencil holders with water colors and let them dry.
Finished with linseed oil.

Very simple, very colorful and very cool! I may have to "borrow" your idea if you don't mind! I like to draw and constantly lose a pencil here,a marker there, etc. lol
