Wooden Playing Card Holder
Intro: Wooden Playing Card Holder
Upon my playing card's box falling apart I needed someway to store them (otherr than a rubber band). So with some 1/4 inch plywood I made a new wooden box to store my cards.
Materials
1/4 inch plywood (I used finished plywood)
Wood Glue
Saw( I Used a jigsaw)
Clamps

STEP 1: Cut the Wood
First you need to cut the wood. Since my cards were 2 1/2" by 3 1/2" and 3/4 inches thick. I cut the two front and back pieces 3"x 3 3/4". I then cut the two side pieces 3/4" x 3 3/4". Finally I cut the bottom, 3/4"x 2 1/2".
What to Cut
2- (3"x 3 3/4")
2- (3/4" x 3 3/4")
1- (3/4"x 2 1/2")

2- (3/4" x 3 3/4")
1- (3/4"x 2 1/2")
STEP 2: Glue It Together
Using the wood glue attach the side and bottom pieces to the bottom. Let that sit for a few hours. Then glue the top on.
STEP 3: Completion
When the glue tried I made sure the cards fit. They fit well however a improvement may need to be made to make sure the cards don't slide out.
