Step 1: Find Text

Use wordart to print text or images

Step 2: Prick Through

Stick paper in place with blu-tac or similar.
prick through lines with hot point of soldering iron.

Step 3: Thicken Lines

Drag hot point along lines, until you get desired effect.

Step 4: Sand.

Sand smooth, apply polyurethane varnish if you like.
