Wrench for Car Counter
Intro: Wrench for Car Counter
This is a wrench for the cap on the car counter at Hillbrook School. The Technical Director at the school, Mr. Selak, asked me to make something to take off the cap on the car counter. The cap is hard to take off and if you do get it off, it hurts your hand. I tried to make something that fixed this problem. This wrench requires the application, Corel Draw, as well as a laser cutter.
STEP 1: Changing Size
STEP 2: Making the Wrench (Polygon 1)
STEP 3: Making the Wrench (Polygon 2)
STEP 4: Changing the Polygon Size
STEP 5: Connecting Lines
STEP 6: Making Handle
Use the 2 point line tool to make a handle (Image 1-3). Then use the Virtual Segment Delete to delete the line that separates the handle to the wrench.

Good first post, but I am going to offer some constructive criticism for any files or presentations in the future -- use screenshots to share images of your display, not photographs of the actual monitor display. It sounds like an petty detail, but I guarantee using 'Snipping Tool' or any equivalent software for capturing screenshots will make all the difference in the perception of professionalism -- regardless of the document type. Screenshots avoid any interference lines (Moiré Patterns), glare, perception distortion, interlacing, etc., that will certainly be present on photographs of the screen -- plus, in one step you'll have the finished without the need* for cropping.
In case you aren't familiar, you can access Snipping Tool by either pressing the Windows key or clicking the Start menu. Begin typing 'snip...' and press enter when 'Snipping Tool' is highlighted and a small floating window will appear. Select a mode from the 'Mode' dropdown based on what you want a screenshot of -- 'Rectangular Clip' and 'Window Clip' will likely be the main modes used. Click 'New' and, based on clipping mode, make the screenshot selections accordingly. By default, the screenshot will be copied to your clipboard for pasting directly into files/programs where possible; however, you can also annotate/highlight the image, save the image as a PNG, or send directly to a printer.

That's a good way to make your own custom tools :)
