This is an updated version of our previous video named

WP#5 : Handheld Crossbow With Unique Trigger Mechanism

This small little crossbow can shoot at any angle, shoot at 30 feet away target and is portable so can be stored anywhere.

Step 1: Start by Gathering Stuff...

For making this project you need -

  • 2 - Hair Clips
  • Some posickle sticks
  • A Template from here http://bit.ly/XBowMrAbAk
  • Matchsticks
  • Threads of different colors
  • Super glue or hot glue
  • A sand paper
  • Hobby Knife
  • Scissors

Step 2: Marking From the Template...

You can download the template from here http://bit.ly/XBowMrAbAk

Just mark the Popsicle sticks according to the template as shown in photos...

Step 3: Cut Out Marked Sticks....

Now take a pair of scissors and cut out all the Popsicle sticks from marked lines...

Step 4: Coloring Them...

Now use a black permanent marker to color all the pieces of the Popsicle sticks...

Step 5: Hair Clips...

Now take the hair clips and break out the middle pieces from them...

Step 6: Making the Bow-head...

Join all the pieces of the Limb Support Popsicle sticks to Hair Clips to form the bow-Head of the crossbow as shown in photos...

Step 7: Making the Body...

Now join the Inner Grip ,Outer Grip ,Rail ,Rail Spacer Popsicle sticks to form the body of the crossbow as shown in the photos...

Step 8: Cutting a Slot for the String...

Now use the Hobby knife to cut a slot in the rail space for the string as shown in the photos...

Step 9: Add the Handle Guard...

Now stick the Handle Guard and Handle Guard Spacer to the crossbow's body. This piece will allow you to shoot from any angle and at any direction you want...

Step 10: Complete the Body...

Now join the body to the bow-head and this completes your crossbow's body...

Step 11: Add a Bow String...

Now add a string to the bow as shown in the photos...

Step 12: Finished...

This completes your Crossbow...
