The center of our cupcake is actually a yarn pom pom. And if you don't know how to make one, don't worry, you don't need any fancy equipment. You can use your hands ;-) So grab the supplies below and let's get started!

ITEMS YOU'LL NEED TO MAKE YARN POM POMP CUPCAKE GARLAND:
- Yarn
- Cupcake liners
- Small felt balls or a piece of cotton ball painted Red
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Yarn needle & string or wire to thread the cupcakes
