Introduction: Yoghurt Coconut Dessert With Blueberry and Raspberries Recipe
Ingredients:
Spoonbiscuits
500g yoghurt
200g raspberries
100g coconut raspberries
50g brown sugar
50g powder sugar
150g sour cream
50g blueberry jam
50ml milk
20g vanilla sugar
Step 1: Preparation
Give the yoghurt and the sour cream in a bowl. Add blueberry jam, brown sugar, coconut raspberries, vanilla sugar and the milk. Mix it together.Give the powder sugar to the raspberries and mix it with a mixer. Remove the kernels with a sieve.
Step 2: Finish
Place a layer spoonbuiscuits in a glas bowl and pour the sugar raspberrie mix over it. Spread out the yoghurt blueberry mix. Make a second layer. Sprinkle brown & vanilla sugar on top and enjoy.
