Supplies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 box mix, standard size, not family size (16 oz/462g)
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (396g)
  4. 1 cup of Chocolate Chips, optional
  5. 1/2 cup of nuts, (optional)

Equipment:

  1. Large bowl
  2. 8x8 to 13x9 baking pan
  3. Parchment paper, optional
  4. Sturdy spoon
  5. Mixer is optional

Step 1: Mix the Eggs and Sweetened Condensed Milk

So the secret to this recipe is you won't be using the instructions or ingredients on the back of the brownie box, except for the eggs. Then, instead of the other ingredient/s, use a can of sweetened condensed milk.

Add both eggs and the can of sweetened condensed milk to a bowl and mix together well.

Step 2: Add Brownie Mix and Bake

Then add the boxed brownie mix, about half at a time, and mix that in. If you want to add chocolate chips and or nuts, do so now.

Line an 8x8 to 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray. Then pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread it out.

Bake at 325F/162C for 45 to 55 minutes until when poked in the center a toothpick comes out almost completely clean.

Step 3: Cool and Serve

Allow the brownies to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing them into squares. Enjoy!
