Introduction: Yummy Chicken Lasagna
This is a really yummy recipe that I can trust and try any day. You could replace chicken with beef or mutton, and it would still be the yummy meaty deliciousness. Hope you try it out. It's really very simple.
Serves 3
Step 1: Gather All Ingredients
Chicken Red Sauce:
· Chicken mince 300 grams
· Blended tomatoes 1 cup
· Chopped tomato 1
· Carrot 1 (Chopped)
· Green capsicum 1 (finely sliced)
· Green chili 1
· Garlic paste 1 tbsp
· Salt to taste
· Black pepper ½ tsp
· Chili flakes ½ tsp
· Oregano 1 pinch
· Rosemary 1 pinch
· Chili sauce 1.5 tbsp
· Oil 2 tbsp
White Sauce:
· All purpose flour 2 tbsp
· Butter 2 tbsp
· Milk ½ liter
· Chicken cube 1
· Black pepper ½ tsp
· Chili flakes ½ tsp
· Oregano 1 pinch
· Rosemary 1 pinch
Topping
· Cheddar cheese 1 cup
· Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
· Oregano 1 pinch
· Rosemary 1 pinch
Step 2: Prepare Red Sauce
In a pot add oil and sauté garlic paste, then add chicken and cook on high flame till meat changes color. Then add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, rosemary, green chili and half of carrot and capsicum. Then add chopped and blended tomatoes and mix well. Put on medium-to-low heat so that meat cooks well. Don’t dry it out completely.
Step 3: Prepare White Sauce
Sauté butter and flour till it gives buttery aroma. Then add warm milk, chicken cube, oregano, rosemary, black pepper, chili flakes, left-over carrot and capsicum.
Step 4: Boil Lasagna Sheets
In boiling water, add salt and oil. Then add lasagna sheet and boil for 9-10 minutes. This step needs to be done right before assembling because its best to take out the sheet from boiling water and dish it out. Staining sheets usually causes them to stick together or break into smaller pieces.
Step 5: Assemble

Repeat
Make sure white sauce makes the top most layer. Then add cheeses as toppings. Sprinkle oregano and rosemary on top.
Step 6: Bake
Bake until cheese melts and is a little brown. It will take roughly 15 minutes.
