Introduction: Zesty Beef and Vegetable Soup
A nice soup to help keep you warm on these winter days.
Step 1: Ingredients :
1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 package of 14 oz. of pre-shredded coleslaw mix/ angel hair style optional
1 package of 14 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
1 package of 14 oz. frozen green beans
46 oz. hot style V8 juice
1 14 oz. can of Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried basil crushed
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. horseradish (optional)

Step 2: In a Large Pot...
Cook the beef, onion, garlic until brown, drain off fat.
Step 3: Add.....
All the rest of the ingredients to the pot.
Bring it to a boil.
Simmer for of 30 minutes
Step 4: Enjoy
