Step 1: First

You'll need to use spirit gum on the sides of your mouth.
Do not put it on your mouth and do not use it if you don't have spirit gum remover.
Let it sit for a minute then tap tell it's tacky.

Step 2: Zipper

place the zipper on the gum then using a stippling sponge and red around the zipper for irritation.

Step 3: Next

Put black dots where your sting will go after you place the black dots repeat spirit gum application.

Step 4: Stiches

Put on the string then add some red art the ends of the string.

Step 5: LAST

BRING ON THE BLOOD!
