Introduction: Zucchini Muffin (salted Muffin)

Step 1: Ingredients


Ingredients for 12 muffins:
250g flour 00
50 g Parmesan cheese
1 tea spoon instant yeast
200ml milk
50ml of olive oil
2 eggs
200 g zucchini
100 grams of provolone (or emmental or masdammer) cheese
salt
pepper

Step 2: Procedure


In a bowl mix eggs with oil, milk,salt and pepper.
Mix the flour with the grated Parmesan cheese and instant yeast.

Step 3:


Wash and grate the zucchini. Cut and dice the cheese.

Step 4:


Now add the zucchini  and the diced provolone cheese to the mixture

Step 5:


Grease and flour the molds and fill them with the mixture for 2 / 3 of their height.

Step 6:

Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180° C (356° F)  for about 25 minutes.

Step 7:


Remove from the oven,let the muffins cool before removing from the molds and serve
