Any Handgun Prop From a Cutting Board

i chose to build the magnum from halo. 

to build it, i first drew out the design onto  paper.

i then cut out that template and taped it onto my cutting board two times.

then i cut out the wo pieces with a coping saw, although you can use a band or jig saw  

after that i nailed the two pieces to together.
then i cut off the ends of the nails with a hacksaw and ground them smooth with  file

painting is optional, as you can see i did not paint mine
