Bicyle Rim Tapes

fed up with rubber rim tapes perishing. well heres my instructable for a replacemen

Step 1: Get a Knife. Roll of Electrical Tape. Bicycle Wheel.

gather the items listed and remove the rubbish rubber rim tape that covers the spoke heads inside your bicycle rim

Step 2: Add the Tape

take the end of the tape and stick it to the inside of the rim. and roll the tape around the whole of the inside of it covering all the heads 3 or 4 layers will be enough. then cut the tape roll off. see pics 3 & 4

Step 3: Almost Complete

locate the valve hole and make a hole in the tape to allow the valve through. refit tyre and inner tube re inflate and its ready to go
