Introduction: Burrito! Burrito!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 4-5 minutes
Step 1:
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup of milk
1 Can Refried Beans
1/2 of a White Onion
Ortega Taco Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese, finely shredded
Tortillas, small
Canola oil
Step 2:
In a large bowl combine the milk and refried beans. Stir until smooth.
Set aside.
Step 3:
Dice 1/2 of the white onion.
Set aside.
Step 4:
Prepare a small dish of canola oil and a stack of 6-8 tortillas on a plate.
Step 5:
Lightly coat a tortilla with canola oil on both sides.
Step 6:
Evenly spread a spoonful of refried beans in a line across the tortilla.
Step 7:
Add a line of mozzarella cheese.
Step 8:
Add a layer of onions.
Step 9:
Lastly, top with taco sauce.
Step 10:
Carefully roll the burrito and place seam down on a microwave safe plate.
Step 11:
Repeat steps 5 - 9.
Step 12:
Microwave burritos for approximately 4 - 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
(Microwave time is dependent on size of microwave and the amount of burritos prepared at once)

Unfortunately the burritos look terrible coming out of the microwave, but they have a really good, non-greasy, clean taste. =)
