STEP 1: Glue Bords Together

STEP 2: Trim the Paddle

trace the design of your paddle on the paddle and cut it out on a bane saw.

STEP 3: Rasp the Denis of the Handle.

use a rasp to round the Swiss of the handle and then sand them smooth.

STEP 4: Sand

Sand all parts of the paddle smuth starting with a low grit and work your way to about 250 grit. Also round the blade of the paddle and the top of the handle.

STEP 5: Engraving

Use a CNC router to engrave the paddle if u want to.

STEP 6: Finishing

use polyurethane to complete the finish.

STEP 7: Adding the Clock

Add the nombers and clock pices to the paddle.
