Step 1: What Materials You Will Need

you will need a tissue, plastic packet, tape, a pencil and a scissors

Step 2: Basics

firstly wet the tissue with water fully
then place the tissue into the bag and squish it
seperate a huge piece of the tissue and keep the left overs in one of the bottom corners

Step 3: Almost There

push the pencil into the tissue ball
leave some access plastic on the pencil and then cut the rest of the bag off
take the tape and rap it around the the pencil until all plastic is covered

Step 4: Well Done

this is how it will look in the end
