Intro: Chicken Nuggets 2 Ways

chicken nuggets, every kid loves them.

Finger food is great for parties and get togethers.

A baked way and fried way.

STEP 1: Ingredients

chicken breasts - small rectangular shape not so thick

eggs

flour

bread crumbs

(amounts may vary depending on how much you are making)

STEP 2: Coating

coat the chicken breast pieces in flour, then eggs , then bread crumbs

covering the entire piece of chicken

STEP 3: Deep Fry

deep fry the chicken on 300 degrees for for approx. 8-10 minutes

STEP 4: Or Bake

the baking way.

place on greased pan for 1 hour on 350 degrees

Something you might want to give a try. My wife makes the best that I've ever had. They are more tender than any you can buy anywhere. The only thing I wish that she would do is to season them a bit more. She soaks the chicken in buttermilk for 20 minutes before flouring. It makes them crunchy on the outside. Some people will dip them a second time in the buttermilk after flouring and then again in the flour. It makes them kind of extra crunchy, depending on how you prefer them. Then she deep fries them on 350 until golden brown. Give that a try if you want som e that will make your tongue slap your eyeballs out. LOL

Don't forget to season your flour and breadcrumb mixture, I use season salt, garlic powder and white pepper. Sometimes I also add some grated parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs. The best part is you know what's in them because you made them! Good instructable!

i didn't season the flour but i did season the bread crumbs

salt,black pepper,garlic,Italian seasoning, onion powder

but you could just use Italian seasoned bread crumbs store bought
