! BBQ PARTY TOMORROW ! Answered

Is there any Instructables I need to check out because I'm having a BBQ tomorrow. These need to be cheap and easy to do. If you could post a link and the title of the Instructable will be much appreciated.

Thanks!
TB

Well...know the difference between barbecue and grill. I may be a New York boy, but summer weeks with family in Kentucky and Tennessee taught me a thing or two. Grilling is fast cooking at high temperatures, and takes 5-15 minutes for food to be ready, depending on size, weight, volume, and meat. Barbecue is low temperature cooking over a few hours. Grilling tastes good with things like hamburgers, chicken, steaks and pork. Barbecue tastes good with stuff like beef(ribs), whole chicken, and pork ribs. If you're on a time crunch, I'd suggest grilling, but if it's around dinnertime, then start a barbecue early, depending on the meat and cut. Well, good luck, and have fun, dude.
