14-16V to 12V stable 20A max
Hi,
I am looking at stepping down from (14 to 16V) to 12V drawing at max 20A
is there any efficient way to do so in a very very small package?
Thank you

Have you looked into a buck converter? https://www.amazon.com/Constant-Current-Adjustabl... -It might be to big for your need

Thanks but it's too big, I basically built a 4S Li ion battery pack but I have limited space (70mmx55mm) and I need to reduce the max output from 16.8V (4x4.2V) to under 16V (12v stable output would be the best if possible). I spent hours trying to find a good one without luck. is there another way to lower the voltage just a little without impacting the capacity to draw up to 16A or 20Amps ?

I found a smaller one that delivers 18A, https://www.amazon.com/Converter-DROK-Regulator-T...

From the reviews it sound more like a bomb to me...

You're going to need to have the converter in an open/ventilated space if you're going to be drawing 20A from one of these converters, it's going to heat up quite a bit. Also, keep it away from battery cells!
You might be able to modify one, and replace the heatsinks with these: https://www.google.com/search?q=laptop+heatsink+co..., hope this helps.
