20 or 30 minutes rest? Confussion :D? Answered

In the theory I can see..."Allow dough to rest for 30 minutes to 3 hours before rolling out." But when trying to answer the questions I get: "That's right! Let the dough rest anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours. " So, which is correct? xD thanks for your lesson. You are amazing seriously, spreading knowledge is the best legacy we can offer! :)
