Computer *LAG-O-RAMA* Fest

'Sup. So I have a cheap crappy computer, (even i realize it) and on most games it should work smooth; but it lags. VERY often. But it lags on every game similarly: It would work smooth for about 10 seconds, and then it would be like playing a playstation game on a windows 98. Over and over again. It lags on most the games i have: Battlefield 3, just cause 2, saints row 3, mafia 2, even on gta san andreas. This is very annoying and my parents are alittle stingy on money. H3LP M3 PL34ZE??

Broken Ports or something else..

I recently purchased a 16 channel light-o-rama starter kit and bought another addon box off of facebook market, anyway once the one I got online got it here I set everything up and tested it before setting it up outside and everything worked great. So I unplugged the CAT 5 cable on the first controller and second controller and set everything up outside. Once doing so I plugged everything back up and then I realized my daisychain was not working and my computer was picking up only 1 controller, I soon found out that the 2 ports were loose and so I looked at the pins and they seem fine on both, Do you have any ideas what could be going on? The led's on both controllers are steady green which is good but the ports don't seem to be working anymore which is odd. If you can help that would be awesome, Thanks!

Light/Sound kit to make singing pumpkins

Small, Home neighborhood haunt.  I can't really afford the Light O Rama that coordinates the lights and sounds.  Anyone have anything for sale or novice directions on how to accomplish this?  You can see many versions on You Tube, and I'm looking for use in foam carvable pumpkins with a Halloween themed music loop.  http://youtu.be/p7cjCR60ix8

How can you easily make Christmas lights blink?

In the old days there was a gizmo that plugged into an outlet that you then plugged your light set into that made the set blink on & off. It's so simple that it isn't made anymore. All I want to do is make an LED light set blink on & off. I don't want computer control. I'm unemployed & can't afford light-o-rama.
