Is it possible to combine all these features in one unit.
 i)    Keyboard,
 ii)    Touchpad/Trackball,
 iii)    FingerPrint Reader,
 iv)    Microphone,
 v)    Speaker,
 vi)    Card Reader,
 vii)    IR,BT(optional).

I've seen 1,2,3,6 and 7 in-one Some have USB ports, soo you could add 4 and 5.

You forgot the one that had a pass-thru sheet scanner built into it.

It has been done (mostly, right Steve?), usually with 1,2,3+5 with USB ports available, but you'll have to search for them.

Good luck on finding them, it's been probably 6+ years since I saw them.

Yes, but the problem with an all in one system is that when one fails you have to replace the whole expensive piece rather than just the faulty part. but there is a lot to be said for the space savings of an all in one keyboard.

I would say Yes. Many of the things you've listed are already components of a laptop... and most laptops nowadays (including mine) are thinner than your average keyboard, so there's room to add more components if the need arose.
