Alpha Channels In Photoshop Answered

How do I make a transparency (alpha channel) in photoshop that I can upload into a program called Second Life?

Make a new image, with the required dimensions, and then if you make a new layer, and delete the background layer, it should work. Then you just need to export it in a SL compatable file format. (which I don't know :P )

No need to do the background layer thing, when you hit new file, choose contents as transparent, save a little effort...

if there's a lazier way I already did it...
