Anyone know why after paying for the pro yearly I stopped getting the dailys? Answered

So I paid for the pro yearly plan so i could get the pdf when i wanted and i really enjoyed the web site NOW i don't get the daily sheets i really liked. Who do I address this to ? How do i fix this?
