This will be better in th forum it will reach more people.

Some things to think about, unless you tap into other enthusiast your going to find it hard to get a free commitment from skilled and experienced people, most of us have pretty full lives anyway.

A good game may take several up to 100's of man years to develop taking up big teams of artists, programmers and other developers.

Even modest games of any worth will take months of development time.

It looks like your trying to gain experience and so I assume have little to offer at present into the project, this means your really asking someone to manage and run the project for your experience, this isn't really likely to happen.

HOWEVER you never know, put this into the forum, tell us a little about your skills and experience even if it's limited, remove this question and don't put your email onto a public web page.

If you want to learn about programming etc i would buy a Raspberry pi and start with that there is a lot of support for them on line as well as books.

Good luck.

So true, in my early days of game design I tried to make an endless runner, but the project ended after I couldn't get the track to duplicate (this was ages past) so I moved on and made an FPS game (which I still have her somewhere)

I have lot's of experience making games in blender. I'm mainly good at fps games and making the player rigs and controls shooting ect. So if you want nice art then you will need to find someone that's into that portion of blender. I wouldn't settle for an endless runner, it is actually easier believe it or not to make an fps than most other game types. A team build would be pretty neat. Just make sure you have all of the people you need and a design in mind before you start.

I would like to help. I know that gamestar mechanics may work well. it may be childish but it will help with what you are looking for. I believe it is free.
