Are some questions appearing on 'Answers' hours after they are submitted? Answered

I'm sure that some questions are appearing down the list which were not there earlier.
I'm sorting by 'latest'.
(And I wanted to see what the 'best answer' button looked like ;¬)

Now I've submitted a question I realise they're published in the same way as an Instructable so have to join the queue. Instructables can take a while to show up.
