Attempting to save: Answered

Had trouble saving within image notes...just got a "400 error" and an endless loop...had to go back, and lost work at this point. Also when saving question...does not work....so had to publish without saving, without previewing???

For the saving with image notes problem, please include OS, browser details (as Adrian said below). Also, if you can provide the URL of the I'ble/Topic you're publishing (PM it to Rachel if it's unpublished) that could be helpful, also. For the "preview question" issue, that is a "known" bug which was reported earlier in the week. Hopefully it'll be fixed in the next code deployment.

The I'ble is Make signs out of cardboard! On step 10, I was attempting to edit one of the pictures I was adding. I kept getting the "400" error, and to get out, I had to hit back...when I went back (it works), my work was not there, even though I had saved it...First time I have done this, but don't want to run into the problem again. It would keep me from upgrading I'bles in the future. Bummer. It is a published instructible. Cman.

Hmmmm....I just looked at Step 10, and both pictures appear to have image notes on them.

You know, I thought about this and I realized it was in the "answer it" section(is this right, where you ask questions, a new feature?), not on my I'ble, as I stated above...my apologies, got confused about where I was at...so much for multi-tasking (multi-make-errors!) In the question section i was importing the image, and when adding image notes, that's when I got the endless loop....Cman

I'd suggest creating a fresh bug report, with a title and text that accurately reflects what you just described. Are you able to reproduce the bug with image notes on a Question? As you know, the Answers stuff is new, and Eric has said in his announcement that there might be bugs. They need to know what problems users encounter in order to know what to fix.

Sometimes I find it works to add the image notes from the standard instructable view, instead of the editor.
