Being sponsored? Answered

What does this means? I live in Belgium & I know that I am not sponsored at all!

I was featured 3 times today but in my last post it has been said that this post os sponsored content? Is there some benefit for me?

Hi Sophie,

"Sponsored" content is a remnant from a little while back, and it was reserved for projects created by certain in-house content creators.

If that was showing on one of your projects, that was by mistake. We likely accidentally turned that on from our admin side of things, but it's been turned off now. With all these buttons and levers, occasionally there's a mis-click ;)

Sorry for any confusion!

I don't see anything on the instructable about it being sponsored - you may have been looking at a banner advert for a contest that was sponsored?

There was the sponsored content badge but it has been removed now! Thanks!
