The 20% is the percentage of answers given that are chosen as best answers. You would only get 100% if every single answer that you posted was chosen as best answer. It is not possible to get more than a 100% best answer percentage.

More to the mathematical point you can never get a 100% now that you have four good answers. You could get 99.9999% as you approach infinity. Cheer up, I'm at 13% and dropping.

Simply posting multiple replies I think drops the answers% because only one of them can be marked.

On a side note you can probably never get above 10% since it looks to me that only 1 in 10 pick a best answer. Maybe less.
