Best LED driver Answered

I am looking at making a chandelier which will consist of 6 groups of 13 LEDs. Since this is being hooked to a 120 volt circuit I will need a LED driver. Is it better to build the driver myself or just buy one.

Doing more research, this is what i have come up with. With the following image being my circuit , this should work as a power supply. Right?

Its going to depend on precisely which LEDs and the way you want them wired. The simplest idea would be a power supply that converts 120 to say 24V DC for example, and routes it to a each cluster of 13, with series resistor for each chain.
