Bio-technology (reactors) Answered

I have a DIY perfusion bioreactor, when linked to a modifed haemodyalsis machine via myself, it allows for long term storage (in theory) of anything up to pretty much a human fetus or brain (provided the DNA matches so as to avoid my body attacking whatever lies within the reactor), this has been tested on various DNA and cell structures twice, I have no intention of trying again as dialysis even when done by experienced highly skilled professionals will inevitably over time lead to death, on top of that the amount of pain involved makes conducting experiments very difficult. Has anyone any experience in the more standard system of blood bags PC controlled to feed the environment as I am a little out my depth, I am looking for less dangerous and painfull solutions.
