Bluetooth Speakers Answered

Hello everyone... rookie here.  I have been looking at the Bluetooth speakers instructables, but I was looking to take it another step.  I need to be able to also transmit to another speaker 30-40 feet away from the "master".  What would be the best way to approach this?

Thanks,

Tony

1. that is outside Bluetooths usable range.

2. the speaker is a slave device. It will sync with a master but cannot act as the master. Nor can it set up as a relay.

If you need separate speakers then the Bluetooth receiver needs to be connected to a stereo wireless speaker system. Though i'm sure you can find a wireless speaker system that can connect to a device over Bluetooth.

Don't use Bluetooth for transmission over 10m. Is it your only option? I'd recommend another wireless connection (maybe some other RF or even WiFi). If Bluetooth is your only option, you'll probably need to build some "boosters" to receive and broadcast the bluetooth signal, placing them at 5-10m intervals (note that for each one you add in you're potentially adding up to a second or more of latency).
