Busy script slowing down pages Answered

The site is running slowly, and every time I change pages it takes an unusually long time for the page to load up, interrupted by this message pop-up:

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Do you use JetClean? It is a very good cleaner and optimizer program. Lightweight, fast, easy, silent. Maybe it could fix the problem.

I am a "pro" user, because I translated it to spanish.

Thanks for writing about this, I've filed a report. Can you please tell me what browser and operating system you're using?

It was Firefox, under XP.

Right now, using IE and (I think) Windows 7, there are no obvious problems.

(Be aware that the number at the end of the message changed several times.)
