Can I charge my ipod touch 4g with 9000mah?
I'm planning on making an ipod charger with 3 or 2 trustfire 18650s that are 3000 mah a piece and 3.7 volts each.
Could i make this work with an adafruit battery charger? http://www.adafruit.com/products/280#Description
Thank you in advance.

Yes that will charge your 2 batteries. But you will need to connect a pair of the batteries in series giving you 7.4V which you'll need to run through a voltage regulator to bring it down to the 5V needed to charge the iPod.
BTW, 9000mAh is a rating for how long the battery will last, not how much current it puts out. Also batteries do not push current out to devices. Devices pull the current they need from the batteries.
