Can you use a wireless playstation 2 controler as a remote with arduino? Answered

I have a wireless playstation 2 controlers and was wondering if it would work using the same process as this instructable https://www.instructables.com/id/Extracting-the-PS1-Controller-Joysticks/ . Thanks

Sure if you can decode the controllers signals and have the right type of radio receiver attached to the Arduino. I believe the USB port on the controllers is only for charging.
