I doubt it. Being made by Microsoft does not necessarily mean compatable with standard PC hardware or with Windows.

well, controlers work with PC

Well, since this thing is a keyboard, there are two possibilities:

1) It may work as a standard USB keyboard. Plug it in and see what happens.

2) It may need special drivers. If so, they should be available at https://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=Gaming
I don't see a driver obviously visible, so if one is needed you may have to dig through MS's website for a while.

Of course that just deals with the hardware end of things. If you want the messenger software running... well, ask MS if there's a Windows equivalent.
