Categories Answered

How are the categories arranged because there is an OFFBEAT in TECH and a TECH in OFFBEAT. Which is it? It's almost as if its a circular category. Confused....

The categories are not nested, they're parallel. Each Instructable has a primary and a secondary category. So some Instructables are marked as OFFBEAT primarily, and TECH secondarily, and some are the other way around.
