Change a Plug-in device into a Battery-operated device? Answered



QUESTIONS
- Is there an instructable on how to change a plug-in device (like one you plug into an outlet) into a battery operated device?
- Is there even a way to do this?

Some plug ins can be battery operated because they only use a low voltage inside, old radios were a good example.

Other plug ins would need the weight and size of an inverter in addition to the battery !!

So it is possible, but do you know where i can find an instructable about that? all the searches i have done yielded nothing.
