Christmas Plans? Answered

We know Kiteman is off doing whatever it is that the English do at Christmas. I would theorize, from reading the Daily Mail that they gather around the Christmas shrub surveilling each other while waiting for the proper health and safety training to use a ladder to place a star on top the tree, afterwards they go wassailing dressed in Burberry and commit knife crimes, but I don't know.

Myself, I'm taking my wife out tonight to partake in Wigilia at a local Polish Restaurant, Christmas itself will be a low key affair, capped off with a Standing Rib Roast.

I saw that joem1523 had posted some very tasty lookingSausage Rolls and I just got to wondering what your plans are for the holiday?

Haha, I did have plans involving alcohol, but I discovered, on the drive up, that I am the latest victim of The Bug that has been going around my school.

After an unpleasant 20 minutes in a dark lay-by, I am currently trying to quickly wean my system back onto solids, with a view to tomorrow's Big Meal.

Ok, so you had to skip the wassailing, but you can still manage to pull yourself together for a good old-fashioned knife crime or two.

Aw. Get well soon!

We're sick here too, if it's any consolation. It's this hellish bug that's half massive cold, half devilish flu all rolled into one. :-\

Not much of anything. I don't really celebrate in any traditional way except to ask my relatives (both sides) not to spend any money on me.
I don't care for forced charity. And I try not to show any form of the spirit of being nice on one day and an old grump on other days (I can be an old grump all year long this way LOL ).

Nothing! I've just decided I don't really want to celebrate Christmas anymore. My mom's the same way. Makes things easier! I'm sure I'll have to take calls from family, but that will be the extent of it. Jace and I will be sitting at home, and I'm cooking a Cuban meal because he's missing Christmas in Miami. :) I might possibly be driving to Western KY to see family from up north this weekend, but I'm feeling under the weather and I haven't got my blood test results back yet. So maybe not. :P

I have a blood disease called ITP, and I think my platelets might be getting a little low. I've been really tired, and bleeding more than usual whenever I'm cut.

My mom ended up telling me to stay home on my days off and get some rest. Which is good considering I might not have been here otherwise to get the letter from the doctor. :)

I'm not sure what our plans are at the moment... Well I know we're staying home but I'm not sure if anyone's coming here today or tomorrow...
