Commenting Issue...
Howdy there!
NK here, with a new problem with the comments. Up until recently all was going well with commenting, until all of a sudden, a bug popped up where one click did not post a comment. You have to double click now to post. This can be frustrating because the user may not notice the comment hasn't posted, and leave the page, and the comment disappears. On the other hand, someone may click to many times to post a comment, and cause multiple copies of the same comment to be posted. This can be quite bothersome...
This issue occurs on Google Chrome, Puffin, and Internet Explorer. Commenting is impossible on iOS 7 Safari, which can also be bothersome...
Thanks for taking the time to read this report. I would appreciate any suggestions.
-Thanks, Nerfrock'

Make sure you have the latest version of your browser, with no browser add-ons installed.

I wanted to report this since last couple of days. I have the latest Internet Explorer IE11 and I am also facing the problem nerfrocketeer reported. This occurs especially when you try to reply a comment. But it aalso happens sometimes with the main comment box.
I just clicked twice to post this comment.

Indeed, well this is more widespread than I expected.

See the http trace on IE11, looks like the document not modified status code. The first line is first click . Rest are traced upon second click and successful post.

Yeah, well all of said browsers are at the latest OS, no add-ons. I checked. Thanks though.

The same for me. Didn't work, all browsers are up to date and no ad-on installed. Including this post, I have to click twice :(

This problem is ongoing and AFAIK not solved.
Sometimes it is related to server works but for a user a "backend error" does not mean anything.
Would be great to see the problem addressed some day....

Yeah, someday...

Some comparison to not post the same thing any times would be nice too. Sometimes you click but you navigator, or the internet, or anything else do not answer, and when answer they put all identical comments together.
