Component AV to Bluetooth? Answered

How do I make an adapter that takes an AV signal and transmits it via Bluetooth to a device such as an iPad or a laptop?

You can't. Stock Bluetooth hasn't got the capacity to handle the bandwidth of the signals. There is a new BT standard which aims to allow it, I think its out, but I haven't seen any equipment with it yet,

I was actually wondering the same thing but with VGA or DVI instead of component.
