Cookies match with coffee Answered

I want to make cookies that go well with coffee, with flavors that don't ruin the taste of coffee

I really like these ginger cookies with coffee! I always want a cookie that's a little spiced with coffee :)

Maybe hazelnut cookies??? I like hazelnut creamer in my coffee sometimes, so hazelnut cookies might pair well. Or - maybe something with cinnamon, like a snickerdoodle.

Well, if you want to err on the side of safe and boring, just go with sugar cookies,

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugar_cookie

because those pretty much do not have any flavor, besides sweetness, and thus will not interfere with the flavor of the coffee.

I think chocolate chip cookies would be a good choice too.

Although, the reason I am thinking that is because I think chocolate and coffee go well together. Anyone who likes the caffe mocha,

will probably agree with this notion, that coffee and chocolate go well together.
