DR. WHO Composter Answered

I ran across this image of a 'Dalek' flower pot and noted that it's shape resembled a yard waste composter.  Arthritis now keeps me from many of my crafting hobbies.  So, I was wondering if anyone would like to take crack at it.

I have a rectangular black box composter bin that I could probably paint to be a TARDIS, although most anything can be built out to be a dalek. Maybe a summer project.
