Dell Dimension 4700 cpu heatsink removal? Answered

Hi! I am having a really hard time removing my cpu heatsink. The computer is a Dell Dimension 4700 and dell's site didnt help at all. WHAT TO DO???

They usually have a springy-clip, if you showed a picture it would help.
Otherwise careful-use of a screw-driver.
