U.S foreign policy shifts as often as the sand dune's of the Sahara; inevitably  for the worse . Enemies become friends,friends are enemies, governments overthrown to prevent rising price of Bananas.In the 60 years following WW II U.S foreign policy has managed to radicalize the entire Middleast,Asia,and the Sub Continent.

nice answer, you should read a book called, Bananas : how the United Fruit Company shaped the world. its by Peter Chapman
  it's really good, also the reason i desided to write bout US's effect on the world

It depends on which side you are on.  This subject requires a lot of reading both current and historic plus you have to throw in religion and culture, don't forget philosophy.  

It looks like you need to get crackin' on the books!
