Do game stores sell PS VITA games cheap? Answered

Hey.

So i decided to get a PS VITA recently. But with all the good games' prices sky high im worried that i would get a ps vita and not be able to play any good games.

I dont really want to use remote play (probarbly because i dont have a ps), and i also dont want to buy games for 120 TL (turkish currency, expensive)

My cousin has a regular PSP and he gets games for 15 a peice.

Is there such thing for PS VITA??
